GRACE的珍貴角落

『因你們要在火中榮耀耶和華。』（賽二十四章十五節直譯）

注意著小字『在』！我們要在火中－－試煉中（彼前四章十二節）－－榮耀祂。雖然那裏是一個受苦的地方，我們要用信心來榮耀祂。我們相信祂是良善的、慈愛的，祂既准許『火煉的試驗臨到』我們，祂必賜我們夠用的力量來承擔。

我們相信試煉過後，我們會有更多讚美和感謝的根據；並且我們的信心『既被試驗，就比那被火試驗，仍然能壞的金子，更顯寶貴。可以在耶穌基督顯現的時候，得著稱讚、榮耀、尊貴。』（彼前一章七節）－－濮登（Margaret Bottome）

三個人從七倍熱的爐中挺身而出，全無改變－－身體不傷、頭髮不焦、衣裳不變色，也沒有火燒氣味。前後不同的就是身上缺了捆綁，臉上添了榮光。難怪褻瀆上帝的尼布甲尼撒不得不屈服來讚美榮耀上帝了。今天基督徒從試煉的爐中出來的時候，也該這樣－－脫了捆綁，添上榮光，絲毫不受火的影響。－－選

『祂又領我到寬闊之處，祂救拔我，因祂喜悅我。』（詩十八篇十九節）

這『寬闊之處』究竟是甚麼呢？這不是別的，乃是神自己，是一切生命河流的歸宿。神實在是一個寬闊之處。大衛被領到寬闊之處，是先經過羞恥和侮辱的。－凱恩夫人（Madame Guyon）

『我如鷹將你們背在翅膀上，帶來歸我。』（出十九章四節）

"He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me; because he delighted in me." (Psa. 18:19.)

AND what is this "large place?" What can it be but God Himself, that infinite Being in whom all other beings and all other streams of life terminate? God is a large place indeed. And it was through humiliation, through abasement, through nothingness that David was brought into it. --- Madame Guyon.
